Wezesha Leadership Consulting is led by Gayle Kaylor who is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited Transformational Coach and also holds an ICF accredited Diploma in Practitioner Coaching. With 25 years of senior management experience in the public sector, higher education and international development, Gayle Kaylor is a seasoned expert in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Public Administration and Women Empowerment. She has facilitated transformative leadership and change management for South African Government Departments and held senior roles, including Chief of Staff in the office of the Premier of the Western Cape, South Africa. Gayle Kaylor holds various advanced degrees including a Master’s Degree from Harvard University. She is a strong advocate for women and youth empowerment.
